20 minutes drive from Guardamar with its lovely beaches. Situated in a quiet residential area of Benimar (Rojales). Five minutes walk from local restaurants, bars and mini-market. Many of the local restaurants are wheelchair friendly due to outside seating areas.

A detached two bedroom, one bathroom villa, with off-road parking. The villa is adapted for use by a a full-time powered wheelchair user.

The floor inside is fully tiled, so a wheelchair can be driven smoothly, and the mobile hoist is easily manouvred. All the internal doors have been widened.

If you use our wheelchair accessible vehicle you will be met at Alicante airport by our representative who will explain how the vehicle works before handing it over for you to drive to the villa. Once you arrive at the villa they will show you the hoist and specialist bed and answer any queries.
