Q. Will I be able to charge my powered wheelchair?

A. Yes! As long as you bring your charger and an adaptor. The 220 volt current means the chair will take slightly longer to charge.

Q. Do you provide slings for the hoist?

A. No, you need to bring your own. But if you are not sure is your slings will be suitable to work with our hoist, please contact us for further details.

Q. Where can I dispose of personal care products?

A. All refuse must be regularly bagged up and taken to the communal large wheeled bins (our nearest is just across from our villa on the main road). Many of the local supermarkets stock inco pads & sheets if you run out.

Q. Is there a care agency that I can use to provide personal assistance whilst I'm staying at the villa?

A. There are local english-speaking agencies. Whilst we can't make specific recommendations, contact us for details.

Health care: Please be aware that the E111 form is no longer in use. You need to get a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) which is available from your local post office, or see our "Links" page to apply on-line. This covers you for emergency care, but you are STRONGLY ADVISED to get private travel insurance.
