When you are ready to book your holiday at our villa
send us an email: info@costawheelie.com
This is the booking procedure:
1. Make
an email enquiry to make a provisional booking. We will hold the provisional booking in your name for 10 days. We will also
email you a booking form and a copy of our terms and conditions straight away. An email enquiry is not considered a confirmed
booking.
2. Complete the booking form, send a £200 deposit with booking form and signed terms and conditions within
10 days. Include a photocopy of the driver's passport and driving licence. If booking 6 weeks or less before arrival date,
full payment (plus security deposit) by banker's draft/cheque is required.
3. It is strongly advised that you book
your travel tickets and adequate travel insurance at the same time as sending your deposit.
4. If your deposit is
not received within 10 days we cannot guarantee the requested dates.
5. Once your deposit, booking form, copy of passport
& driving licence and signed terms and conditions are received we will confirm your booking in writing and the deposit
becomes non-refundable.
6. The balance of your holiday must be paid by 6 weeks prior to your holiday. If not,
this will be considered a cancellation.
7. Once the balance is paid no refund is possible in the event that you cancel
the booking. Therefore is is strongly recommend that you have travel insurance.
8. A security deposit of £300 will
be added to your invoice. This will be returned within two weeks of your departure provided there are no breakages or damage,
the cost of which will be deducted from the security deposit (including the cost of replacing locks if keys are lost).
9.
A fee of 50 Euros (60 Euros for parties of 4) is payable upon arrival to our representative to cover cleaning, sheets and
towels. For rentals of two weeks or more a further charge is payable if you require sheet/towel change & cleaning.
10. You will be given contact numbers for use in an emergency whilst staying at the villa.
We can accept payment in Euros if preferred.

Terms and Conditions Summary
Maximum
occupancy allowed is 4 persons.
Minimum rental period of one week (negotiable in low and mid-Season).
Payment
Terms: £200 deposit to confirm booking,
balance payable 6 weeks before holiday.
£300 refundable security bond
to be paid when you pay the balance of the holiday. This covers the villa and vehicle use.
The price of the holiday
is non-refundable once the balance is paid and we recommend travel insurance is taken out.
No bookings taken from
under 21's, stag or hen parties.
Sorry, no pets.
Strictly no smoking inside the villa and our vehicle.
Safety
in and around the villa is the hirer's responsibility.
The use of hoist, specialist bed and shower chair are included
in the rental price. However you MUST bring your own hoist slings.
Villa towels and linen included but not beach/pool
towels.
A 50 to 60 Euro fee for linens, cleaning and towels
is payable to our Agent upon arrival.
Whilst
the Costa Blanca is sunny most of the year, we cannot guarantee the weather!

We want you to enjoy your stay at our villa.
Please respect our neighbours by keeping music and other noise to a reasonable level (especially between 11.00pm and 8am);
If you spill something on the furniture, please clean it up immediately;
Please leave the furniture in the place you found it.

Wheelchair accessible vehicle
Included use of our adapted Renault Kangoo is restricted
to parties where one of the guests must travel seated in a wheelchair. This is not a general rental vehicle. The vehicle
seats 3 people (including the driver) plus the person travelling in their wheelchair. Our representative will pick
you up from the airport using the vehicle. Parties of more than 3 people will be charged an additional £70 for this
service as a second (standard) vehicle will be required.
You must nominate a driver who must be aged between
30 and 70. We will require a photocopy of their driving licence and passport when you book. You must bring your driving licence
with you and show it to our agent before the keys to the vehicle are handed over. You cannot drive a car in Spain without
having your licence with you. If you do not require the vehicle, we will deduct £200 per week from the price of the rental.
The vehicle is left hand drive, automatic, with a CD player and airconditioning. See our picture gallery for photos
